Week Long Camp Monday-Friday 9am - 12pm
(Sessions 1 and 2 are the same camp just different dates)
Kids learn to build and program robots in this action-packed week of hands-on learning, creative problem-solving, and teamwork at our Robotics & Coding Camp! Designed to ignite curiosity and inspire creativity, this camp is perfect for ALL kids 6 years and older.
This camp is run by a dynamic father-and-son duo from Kids Explore Robotics - an experienced engineer and an engineering student at Purdue. This camp offers a one-of-a-kind experience. The robots featured in the camp are their original creations, crafted with custom-designed wooden and 3D-printed parts, purposefully built to spark creativity and inspire the next generation of innovators.
With robots becoming an integral part of our daily lives, having a foundational understanding of robotics is a vital skill for today’s kids. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to equip your child with hands-on knowledge and skills that will shape their future!
Kids will dive into the world of robotics through several engaging activities and projects. They’ll learn about key components, such as micro-controllers, 180- and 360-degree motors, and how these parts work together to create movement. Kids also learn programming concepts to bring robots to life as they learn to control robot movements, read data from sensors, and send signals to LEDs. The highlight of the week? Building and programming a robot that plays the drums—and tweaking the code to create unique beats!
